1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Qualtir's services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Qualtir provides Google Workspace extensions and productivity tools designed to enhance the experience of professionals using Google Docs, Sheets, and related products. Our current products include, but are not limited to:

• DocuSign for Google Docs
• Table of Contents add-ons
• Document productivity extensions
• Any future products released under the Qualtir brand

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

3. User Accounts

Some of our services require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach
• Ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are found to be inactive for extended periods.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Billing

Paid services are billed on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at contact@qualtir.com within 30 days of the charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
• Use our services for any commercial purpose beyond your authorised subscription
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from our services without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are the exclusive property of Qualtir and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our services for your personal or internal business purposes. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit our services.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qualtir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qualtir, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending you an email notification. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
