About the Role
We build SaaS products tightly integrated with the Google Workspace ecosystem — productivity tools used by more than 15 million professionals across 180+ countries. Our team is fully remote, async-first, and deeply focused on shipping high-quality software.
We are looking for a highly autonomous Senior Full Stack Web Developer to take full technical ownership of our WebApps. In this hands-on role you will make critical engineering decisions, lead development from idea to production, and continuously improve our products — without the need for close oversight.
As the tech lead, you will own the app's architecture, performance, reliability, and new feature development. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in independent environments and love taking full ownership of the products they build.
What You'll Do
Own the Product
Maintain and scale the SaaS product independently, taking full responsibility for its technical health and growth.
Make Technical Decisions
Make key architectural decisions autonomously, choosing the best solutions for complex engineering problems.
Full Lifecycle Management
Oversee the entire app lifecycle — coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Develop New Features
Design and ship new product features end-to-end, from architecture and backend API to polished frontend UI.
Performance & Reliability
Proactively identify bottlenecks, improve performance, and ensure high availability for millions of users.
What We're Looking For
- Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, Firebase (GCP), and Chrome extension development.
- Autonomous Leadership: Proven track record of working autonomously and taking full ownership of projects without close supervision.
- Scale Experience: Experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale web applications serving a high volume of users.
- Product Mindset: You think beyond code — you care about user experience, product outcomes, and business impact.
- Strong Communication: Able to articulate technical decisions clearly. Async-first communication style in a distributed team.
